Hidden in its ceremonial box wrapped in leather straps, is the Balance. After 15 years under the sun of the French Antilles, the result is here: 623 bottles of a high-end rum aged in two unique barrels of American Bourbon. Its mahogany color with tiled reflections reflects the beautiful exchange between the oak barrel and the distillate.

Nose: The nose reveals notes of tonka, candied fruit (fig, grape), orange peel and vanilla bean, a flavor specific to Bourbon barrels.

Palate: On the palate, the creamy creamy rum gives way to a rich and elegant structure where dark chocolate, blond tobacco and salted butter caramel mingle, with a subtle hint of coffee.

Finish: After a few minutes of ventilation, the sweet spices, citrus fruits (lemon / grapefruit) and noble wood come to caress a suave, fresh and delicate finish.
