This refill sherry hogshead of Mortlach has been bottled by the discerning folk at Adelphi. Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2021 after 17 years maturation. Only 267 bottles were produced, all at cask strength and with natural colour.

Nose: Toasted malt loaf, golden syrup, apricot jam, and creamy nuttiness.
Palate: Coconut creaminess alongside stewed plum, milk chocolate, and gentle oak.
Finish: Raspberry and chocolate buttercream.
