Barrel aging in oak presents a caramel color and deep body. A rich, smooth marriage of molasses and oak. Spirits Style Amber Rum Proof 80 Base/Wash Molasses & cane sugar fermentation done in house, then blended with high-proof cane spirit prior to barrel-aging Bottle 750 ML bottles, cases Techniques Twice distilled to 150 proof. Matured in a variety of barrels (Wine, 2nd-use whiskey & virgin casks) for a minimum of 6 months. Filtered and bottled at 80 proof.
