A distinctive Scottish spiced rum built from Ninefold’s award-winning Pure Single Rum. Celestial Spiced combines warm baking spices with bright kumquat and a naturally sweet character. Cane sugar and a touch of natural caramel give the rum a rounded, rich texture while allowing the spices to remain prominent.

Nose: Sweet vanilla and warm citrus lead into kumquat, cinnamon, clove and gentle cardamom, with a soft underlying molasses character.

Palate: Rich and sweet with pronounced kumquat and citrus zest, followed by cinnamon, clove, cardamom and allspice. Notes of vanilla, caramel and light tropical fruit add depth.

Finish: Smooth and lightly warming, with lingering sweet spice, citrus and a subtle peppery character.

Distillery Information

Ninefold Distillery is an independent Scottish rum producer based at Dormont Estate near Dalton in Dumfries & Galloway. The distillery produces its rum entirely from scratch using sugar-cane molasses, fermentation and copper hybrid pot-and-column distillation. Its signature Pure Single Rum forms the foundation for expressions such as Celestial Spiced. Ninefold also matures rum on site in a range of casks, with production and bottling carried out at the distillery.
