Nose: Sultanas and rich dried fruit, followed by honey toffee, cinnamon and polished oak. Mature sherry notes add depth alongside bright, lively fruit.

Palate: Luxuriously textured and fruit-forward, with rich sherried sweetness, honeyed malt and vibrant orchard and dried-fruit notes. Gentle cinnamon and polished oak provide warmth and structure.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering fruity sweetness, sherry richness and soft baking spice. Mature oak and cinnamon remain as the whisky gradually fades.
