Distillery Information

Podole Wielkie is one of Poland’s few true farm distilleries, following a full “field-to-bottle” approach by growing its own grains and overseeing every step of production. This hands-on method ensures authenticity and quality, while the use of Tokaj wine casks reflects traditional Eastern European aging practices. The Pszenica (wheat) expression highlights a softer, smoother style compared to rye-based spirits, enhanced by the added depth from cask aging. This release demonstrates how okowita can evolve into a complex, sipping spirit while still retaining its clean, grain-driven identity.
