Old Dominick Private Single Barrel Select is an eight-year-old American whiskey selected to showcase the distinctive character of an individual barrel. Made with a traditional high-corn mash bill, it develops rich caramel sweetness, vanilla, dark fruit, and mature oak through extended aging in charred American oak barrels. The single-barrel approach allows each selection to express its own balance of sweetness, spice, and wood influence. Full-bodied and flavourful, it is well suited to sipping neat or with a few drops of water.
