Pearl of Mauritius Ultra is a premium dark rum made in Mauritius. It is made from fermented and distilled molasses, which is then aged in American oak barrels for up to three years. The result is a smooth, rich and complex spirit with notes of oak, vanilla and caramel, along with hints of raisins and spices. It is perfect for sipping neat or for mixing in cocktails.
