Distillery Information

Pimm’s was created by James Pimm in London and dates back to 1840, when the original No. 1 Cup was served at his oyster bar. The recipe has remained closely guarded and has become one of Britain’s best-known summer drinks. Today Pimm’s is part of Diageo, with No. 1 continuing to be closely associated with British outdoor events and the classic Pimm’s Cup serve.
