Detailed Description
This whisky is made from a combination of heavily-peated and unpeated barley, and is distilled using traditional methods. The whisky is then matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and French oak casks, which impart a unique flavor and complexity. The whisky is then bottled at 61% ABV, and has a deep golden color, with aromas of smoke, sea salt, and sweet malt. On the palate, there are notes of sweet peat, toffee, and hints of citrus and spice, followed by a long, smoky finish.
