Matured in a selection of ex-bourbon and refill European oak sherry casks, this 39-year-old single malt has a fruity, smoky character, with notes of sultanas, melons and limes, with just a hint of ginger. A gentle peat smoke builds in the background alongside a savoury, sea-salt element.
