Detailed Description
Detailed Description
A limited nine-year-old private-barrel bourbon from Rare Character’s Brook Hill collection, 'Old Lightning' showcases the depth and character developed through extended maturation in American oak. Bottled at 128.58 proof, this robust bourbon combines rich caramel sweetness with layers of vanilla, toasted oak and warming baking spices. Its high-strength profile delivers concentrated flavor and a full-bodied texture, while nine years of aging contribute depth and structure. With only 90 bottles produced for the 2024 release, this is a particularly scarce expression for collectors of distinctive Kentucky bourbon.
