The extended maturation brings concentrated layers of caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, mature oak, and baking spice, while the high proof delivers considerable depth and intensity.

Nose: Dark caramel, vanilla bean, black cherry, toasted oak, cocoa, and warm baking spice.

Palate: Rich caramelized sugar, dark fruit, vanilla, charred oak, chocolate, cinnamon, and concentrated bourbon spice.

Finish: Long and warming, with mature oak, dark cherry, cocoa, caramel, leather, and lingering baking spice.

Rare Character Whiskey Co. is an independent whiskey bottler known for highly selective single-barrel releases that emphasize the individual character of each cask. Its Brook Hill collection revives the historic Brook Hill whiskey name associated with Joseph L. Friedman and Kentucky whiskey production dating to the late 19th century. Rather than blending barrels for consistency, Rare Character releases individual casks with their own names, ages, proofs, and identities. “The Bridge” continues this approach with its distinctive 11-year maturity and Barrel No. 0413 designation.
