An exceptionally high-proof single-barrel rye from Rare Character’s revived Brook Hill collection. Barrel C653 was matured for 10 years before being bottled uncut and unfiltered at its natural barrel strength of 149.72 proof. The intense rye character is layered with caramelized sugar, vanilla, dark fruit, mature oak, and baking spice, creating a dense and powerful expression.

Nose: Bold rye spice, caramelized sugar, vanilla, mature oak, cinnamon, and dark fruit.

Palate: Dense and full-bodied with caramel, baking spice, cracked black pepper, vanilla, toasted oak, and concentrated dark sweetness.

Finish: Exceptionally long and warming, with persistent rye spice, charred oak, caramelized sugar, dark fruit, and lingering vanilla.
