Detailed Description

Red Line Honey Cask Finish Barrel #477 is a single-barrel bourbon that combines traditional American whiskey character with the distinctive sweetness imparted by honey-seasoned oak. Made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, the bourbon is aged for at least six years before finishing in barrels previously used to age local wildflower honey. This finishing process creates layers of honeyed sweetness alongside caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and warming spice. Bottled at cask strength, it offers a rich, full-bodied profile that balances confectionery notes with the robust character of mature bourbon.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering honey, caramel, toasted oak, and gentle cinnamon spice.
