Ribble Valley Country Market Gin | 700ML

Based in the English countryside, this is Ribble Valley's second expression. The bottling pays homage to traditional country markets and vegetable patches that are commonplace around the distillery in Lancashire. The botanical list is rather unusual, with tomato, carrot and sweet shallots alongside beetroot, bell pepper, basil, pink peppercorn and wild thyme. As you can probably imagine, this is a rather green, vegetal and herbaceous gin, though with a balanced dose of sweetness coming through as well. Garnish with fresh basil for a particularly green serve.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
