Celebrating the Chinese Year of the Dragon in 2024, namely the Wood Dragon, this rare limited edition of Rock Island blended Scotch whisky was finished in heavily charred ‘crocodile’ casks.

Nose: Experience ashy bonfire embers, grilled pineapple, and soft peat smoke on the nose.

Palate: Anticipate waves of sea-salt, caramelised sugar, and BBQ'd banana.

Finish: The finish has remnants of smoke with brown sugar, coconut, and salted caramel.

"A marriage of malts from Scotland’s islands, the whisky combines liquid distilled on Islay, Arran, Orkney and Jura. Bottled at 46.8% abv, Rock Island is non-chill-filtered and bottled without caramel colouring."
