Siesta Key Spiced rum is made in small batches using old school methods, by infusing rum with real spices and then adding honey for a bit of sweetness. No use of artificial flavors or sweeteners. You can taste the difference.

Palate: Slightly sweetened with hints of healthy dose of cinnamon spice.

Drum Circle Distilling is an artisan distillery in Sarasota, FL. We make Siesta Key rum from Florida sugar cane in a pot still.Founded by Troy Robers, Drum Circle is one of the few micro distillers in Florida and the only one that started with the goal of making rum.
