Nose: Fragrant chamomile and dried meadow flowers lead into honey, herbal tea and soft hay. Orange zest and gentle spice add brightness and warmth.

Palate: Sweet and creamy, with rich chamomile, honey and vanilla layered over herbal tea, hay and delicate orange spice. Citrus adds a refreshing lift while subtle oak gives the cordial additional depth.

Finish: Smooth and lingering, with chamomile, honey and vanilla cream carrying into a soft citrus finish. Gentle herbal and oaky notes remain.

Distillery Information

Silent Pool Distillery is located beside the historic Silent Pool on the Albury Estate in Surrey, England. Founded by a group of friends with a passion for craft distilling, the distillery began producing Silent Pool Gin in 2015. Its signature gin is built around 24 botanicals, many inspired by the surrounding Surrey Hills, with local honey from the neighbouring Albury Estate adding its distinctive finishing sweetness.
