The higher the floor the hotter it gets in the summer causing more expansion and more movement into the wood. This as well being non chill filtered creates a bourbon that is rich and creamy beyond its years. Never rotating the barrels ensures there are no harsh tannin flavors and the high rye mash bill adds a delightful spicy and nutty finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eDistillery Information\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNevada H \u0026amp; C Distilling is the brainchild of Aaron Chepenik and screenwriter Jonathan Hensleigh who have taken a fully hands-on approach to the business. They set up shop in Las Vegas, first opening a bar downtown, The Griffin. One night after sampling some of the offerings at the bar, they were learning what they liked and didn’t and the next step became crystal clear… open their own distillery. They set up shop in Vegas and have been sourcing and producing spirits since 2014.
