A 21 year old single malt from the Strathmill distillery, which we've gone and bottled for our Single Cask Series! The whisky was laid down in a bourbon cask back in July 1996, then bottled 21 years later in May 2018 at cask strength, without any chill-filtration or additional colours.

Nose: Very fruity, with orange, apple and lime.
Palate: Poached pears in syrup with ginger, caramel and more orange.
Finish: Long and spicy with stewed fruits.
Distillery Information
Strathmill is one of three distilleries within the Moray town of Keith at the heart of "Malt Whisky Country". Unlike Keith's other two distilleries of Strathisla and Glen Keith, however, Strathmill is not owned by Chivas (part of the Pernod Ricard group) but since 1997 by Diageo who operate it for the production of blends such as J&B whisky.
