Tácnbora Batch 3 Blended Whisky | 700ML

This is the third batch of Tácnbora, the flagship blended whisky from The Ad Gefrin distillery in Northumberland. With a nod to the complex history of the area, this English whisky company blends Scottish and Irish whiskies that were aged in a combination of bourbon, fresh American oak, and oloroso sherry casks before bottling them up at 42.7% ABV.

Allt-á-Bhainne 28 Year Old 1996 (Thompson Bros.) Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Toffee apples, black pepper, creamy malt, marmalade, and ginger.

Palate: Caramel Digestives, cinnamon, vanilla pods, and hazelnuts.

Finish: Oak char and sherried spice.

Ad Gefrin Distillery is a special place in Northumberland, England. It's named after the 7th-century royal palace of Yeavering, close by. The distillery shows the area's history and craftsmanship.
