Distilled in March 2010, this Speyside single malt spent 16 years maturing in a host of first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads, delivering a rich, decadent profile, laden with dried, honeyed fruits, raisins, and sweet tobacco. A release of 633 bottles.

Nose: Dark raisins, figs, orange peel, dark chocolate, espresso, leather, toasted oak, roasted nuts, cinnamon, and rich toffee.

Palate: Rich sherried fruits, caramel, molasses, dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, toasted almonds, black pepper, clove, oak spice, and a velvety, full-bodied texture.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, cocoa, espresso, leather, toasted oak, sweet spice, and gentle smoke.
