The blend combines 5- and 8-year-old rums to create a smooth, full-bodied and naturally sweet profile. Caramelized sugar, honey and treacle lead into gentle oak spice and rich, rounded sweetness. Bottled at 42% ABV, it is designed for sipping neat, over ice or in cocktails.

Palate: Velvety and full-bodied, with rich caramel, honey, treacle, brown sugar and developing oak spice.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering sweetness, caramel, honey and gentle warming oak.

Distillery Information

Time Spirits is a modern rum producer focused on blending and refining aged rum expressions with distinctive character. Its production combines pot and column distillation, working with both molasses and sugar-cane juice to create a layered rum base. The Spiced expression is matured in ex-bourbon casks, allowing oak, vanilla and caramel notes to integrate naturally with the rum. It forms part of the brand's wider collection alongside its Primis, XO and Simul expressions.
