12 year old single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the isle of Mull, finished in casks that were previously home to fino sherry. Fino has a reputation for being rather drying and crisp, which we reckon will worth well with Tobermory's unpeated whisky.

Nose: Orange and citrus, with toffee, coffee and dark chocolate atop a subtle dried fruit note.
Palate: Toffee and espresso with more rich dark chocolate and fruits, balanced out by the dry Fino influence.
Finish: Dry with touches of toffee and dried fruits.
