Nose: Heather honey, raisins, dates and orange peel, followed by dark chocolate, toasted nuts and aromatic peat smoke. Soft coastal notes and sweet spice add further depth.

Palate: Rich and powerful, with treacle, dried figs, fruitcake and honeyed malt. Cocoa, roasted nuts and concentrated Pedro Ximénez sweetness develop alongside gentle smoke and warming spice.

Finish: Long and satisfying, with lingering dark fruits, chocolate, gentle heathery smoke and maritime freshness. Rich sherry spice gradually gives way to a pleasantly dry and smoky Island character.
