Matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt and bottled at natural cask strength, this single-cask release produced just 635 bottles.

Nose: Rich dried fruits, raisins and figs lead into orange peel, toasted nuts and dark sherry. Layers of polished oak, baking spice, cocoa and mature malt add depth and complexity.

Palate: Full-bodied and intensely sherried, with dark chocolate, dates, raisins and rich caramel alongside orange marmalade and toasted almonds. Warming cinnamon, nutmeg and seasoned oak develop through the palate.

Finish: Long, warming and gently drying, with lingering dark fruit, cocoa, polished oak and baking spice. Subtle leather and nutty notes remain alongside a rich sherry sweetness.
