Unico Yuzu Sweet Vermouth

Unico Zelo crafted this esoteric little number for Fun & for Love. Made from Merlot and with the haunting peppery aromatics of Yuzu, from the Yuzo tree, along with riberry, wild thyme and native currants. This Vermouth is bright, fresh, and tart.   Unico Zelo have created this uniquely Australian take on sweet vermouth.
