Wolves Whiskey Winter Run, Batch 3 is an American Whiskey that is incredibly special and a necessary addition to anyone's collection. Unlike previous Signature Blend releases, Winter Run, Batch 3 contains a whiskey distilled from a Pilsner in used French Oak. This change has resulted in a more nuanced, softer approach on the palate.

Wolves Whiskey Winter Run Batch 3 Tasting Notes

Nose: Cinnamon apples, honey, orange, black cherry, dark chocolate.

Palate: Hops, molasses, baking spices, citrus, milk chocolate.

Finish: Medium-warm body, rising spice, stone fruit.

Distillery Information

Wolves Whiskey was founded by a distinctive group of California creatives James Bond (Undefeated) and Jon Buscemi (Buscemi, Truff, Oliver Peoples). Authenticity is their North Star, unassailable quality their passion. The Whiskey is produced in California’s Wine country. Made by 13th generation Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic, the bespoke Whiskey is executed with the with stunning expertise, using a rare copper alambic charentais pot still (one of only five in existence). Distilled over a 10 day process the alambic still is far less efficient, but the end result is priceless. Karakasevic personally selects 'the heart of hearts' used for double distillation, using the intense and subtle alchemy of a practiced generational artisan.
