Yankee Distillers use a minimum of 75% New York State raw materials in their spirit, and use 100% unmalted New York State Grain for their Bourbon, Rye, and Vodka. Handcrafted from a blend of Caribbean and domestic molasses, this Colonial White Rum has notes of vanilla and butterscotch on the nose. Bright tropical notes shine through on the palate offering rich, earthy flavors of the sugar cane, followed by a long, creamy butterscotch finish.
