Zodiac Black Cherry Barrel Rested Vodka | Limited Release

Zodiac's Black Cherry has always served a distinctive ingredient in whiskey based cocktails. So we decided to barrel finish a limited release in American Oak. The result is nothing short of amazing. A gluten free, potato based spirit that first infused with natural Black Cherry extract and blended in Idaho, USA with water from the Snake River Aquifer. The resting process allows the spirit to acquire the taste of am incredibly smooth and mellow whiskey with soft cherry and spice overtones. It can be enjoyed straight or mixed with your favorite cocktail.

Zodiac Black Cherry Vodka Tasting Notes

Nose: Notes of maraschino cherry and vanilla on the nose.

Palate: Gently sweet black cherry flavor and spice overtones.

Finish: Heat on the finish.
